Pastor Chris comforts members of Loveworld and those who attend Christ Embassy Lagos Virtual Zone branch in Ikeja after a massive fire razed the Church Facility in the early hours of Sunday 23rd of June 2024.
The fire was reported to have been noticed early between 7am and 7:30am , just early enough for the facility to be empty and without members who have normally would be gathering in the facility for the 8:40am Sunday morning service. The fire caused huge damage to the facility.
Responding to the incident and comforting members of the church and ministry, Pastor Chris said “We’ll clear out the place, build a better one, a more beautiful one.” He told them not to be sad or seek blame, that God always protects us.
